Dream Builders' 2011 Parade Home establishes an understated but dignified urban presence, taking the form of simple overlapping volumes situated on the hillside to define the site. The design of this home provides a large open living space, taking advantage of views while incorporating transitional elements to delineate space within space. Broad expanses of glass offer light and views of the native, natural landscape; while a rich palette of materials, both inside and out, provide warmth and spatial definition.
