674 Big Sky Drive • Richland • Westcliffe

When you walk into this Northwest contemporary home there is an immediate connection with nature. The incorporation of natural products and ideas was foremost in the design and planning. This home’s radiant heated floors are warmed by solar energy; the fireplaces operate on biofuel. Natural stone and exotic woods add warmth to the simple clean lines and minimalist finishes. Euro-style cabinetry and concrete sinks carry the contemporary look throughout the home. Views through the Andersen windows draw you outdoors to the tranquil living space, surrounded by an abundant landscape.

Aaron Magula & Family

Aaron Magula worked for several builders and architectural firms before creating Dream Builders, LLC in 2005. He had been looking for something different, and couldn’t find it. He wanted to build homes with character rather than the style of the times. Aaron is involved from the initial design of the home and drawing of the plans. He is there to help with design ideas, choosing cabinets, colors and finishes. Dream Builders works with the same sub-contractors to maintain a high level of quality and always uses the newest ideas and products to create a home that is both unique and timeless. When others tell you that you can’t, Dream Builders will find a way to make it happen.
