Rio Vista Homes, LLC is a highly experienced and qualified residential construction company owned and operated by father and son, Rick and Scott Robbins. Rick has more than 32 years of home building experience. Our management style is hands on. We both work with subcontractors on the job site to assure the quality that our customers have come to expect. Additionally, we utilize the finest local architects and craftsmen to build a quality home that fits its neighborhood. We use only quality building materials, that stand the test of time such as hardwood and tile floors, oak railings, cherry and maple cabinets, and tile and granite counter tops.

We take great care to concentrate on the details, not only the finish work you see, but also the work underneath. We are constantly updating home plans to improve how each home lives, performs and survives. Currently, we are constructing 50 beautifully detailed townhomes in the Horn Creek subdivision of Horn Rapids. These townhomes have the same quality construction, building materials and craftsmen finishes that all of our homes boast.
