Arun Joshi, President of JSI Construction, Inc, and his family, immigrated to California in 1973, before relocating to the Tri-Cities in 1979. Arun is a Professional Electrical Engineer and worked in Nuclear Industry for over 35 years. Drawing upon his family’s entrepreneurial background in the manufacturing industry and real estate investment experience, Arun started his second career in Real Estate in 1980,and opened his own Real Estate office, A&V enterprises, Inc, in 1989. As a natural progression, Arun started in land development and new home construction, and has successfully completed the Columbia Quest and Gage Galaxy subdivisions of quality homes prior to the Grandridge Meadows subdivision of 165 home sites.
